The Isle of Wight, with beautiful rural roads, fantastic coastal scenery, and a challenging array of hills, is one of the most beautiful places to ride in the UK. It is no surprise that the island is home to a growing cycling scene, with events throughout the year. Our Isle of Wight SQ2SQ Summer Sportive, brings the best of the island to you. Devised by our own local knowledge of the best roads, views and climbs, we guarantee a route for all to enjoy. There’s plenty to look at but even more to challenge you, including 1,300metres total ascent and up to 15% gradients on the epic route (100 miles/160km). Also with family (30 miles/48km) and standard (70 miles/112km) routes, cyclists of all abilities and aspirations can join in the fun! Under 16’s ride for free (minimum age 14) but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
