Info for Riders

The opening event in the Edgehill games 2102, this event starts and finishes at the glorious Upton House where there will be an opening ceremony. There are two routes which riders can choose. The first route, approximately 20 miles, is a loop which takes in SIbford Gower, Hook Norton and Milcombe, before returning to Upton House via Shutford. The second route is approximately 45 miles long, and starts by going down Edgehill to take in some of the villages of the Vale of the Red Horse (Tysoe, Radway, Kineton, Oxhill , Kineton and Honington), before returning back up Edgehill (the easiest route up we have found!) to join the 20 mile loop. All riders receive a unique Games medal, and the event is chip timed, with feed stations supllying homemade cakes and goodies. Free BBQ for all finishers.
