V C MELYD RELIABILITY RIDE 2024 Sunday April 7th.
As usual it starts and finishes from Cefn Village Hall at 9.00am. This year we will be raising money for the Prostate Cancer Charity and you can help by entering and riding any one of the 3 great routes around some of the most beautiful areas in North Wales, which are right on our doorstep we  hope you to enjoy them:-
1. ‘The Decaf Latte Ride’ 23miles and 2100ft of climbing
2. ’The Cappuccino Ride’ 40miles 4,200ft of climbing
3. ’The Triple Espresso Ride’ 56miles and 6200ft of climbing
All 3 routes are on tarmac roads with a generally good surface, there are some rougher bits however, so you will need be to have a suitable bike with a good range of gears and be self sufficient whilst out on the course.
So there is a ride for all abilities allowing everyone to take part and join in the fund raising for this year’s charity Prostate Cancer.
As always there will be refreshments ( tea, coffee and beer  ) and a selection snacks and cakes for all who take part, at the finish. There is also the opportunity for a cafe stop in Llanfair TH for those doing the Cappuccino & Espresso rides.
