All you need is a bike, a helmet, and the heart of a lion!
Plan now as there are limited places!
This 22-mile challenge takes the riders over natural trails, green lanes, and farm tracks, on private land in the foothills of the beautiful Berwyn Mountains and is available to riders of all levels of competence. However, it’s not for the faint hearted as there’s only about 300 meters of tarmac and probably no more than that on level ground.
The start is just west of Oswestry Shropshire.
The challenge was first held way back in 1994 and has been ridden every year since except, of course, for the two years of Covid. We are raising money for Midlands Air Ambulance and local good causes. The Air Ambulance link is obviously very relevant to the cycling community.
E-bikes are very welcome.
