Coast to Coast Cycle Challenge 2024

Cycle Sportive , Somerset – Saturday, 18 May 2024

Registered Sportive

Event Summary

Event Overview

This event is not designed to be a race and involves cycling along some of Dorset and Somerset’s glorious countryside, riding through some picturesque villages, waved on by the residents.  With a mix of quiet back roads and busier main roads, interspersed with some demanding climbs and hairy descents this challenge definitely offers something for everyone.

The event offers two routes.  For those who are not averse to a challenge, we have our 55 mile ride commencing in the historic Somerset at 10.30am, finishing in the beautiful Dorset seaside resort of West Bay.  For those who are a little less energetic why not partake in our 11 mile route commencing at 2pm from the beautiful Dorset village of Drimpton and finishing in West Bay.
