Event Overview
The Velo2Velo Wolds Sportive offers a roller coaster route of accents and descents leading to some well-known hill climbs for that added challenge. With over 4000ft of elevation the 67 mile route rolls through the wonderful Yorkshire Wolds countryside capturing some beautiful scenery and country lanes.
Departing from the Bike & Boot Hotel on Cliff Bridge Terrace, Scarborough, the route is suitable for a wide range of riders, particularly anyone who is looking for an event that's both challenging and relaxed, it's all about going at your own pace and enjoying the stunning scenery that North Yorkshire has to offer.

Rider registration opens at 6:30am
Riders depart from 7.00am
The event HQ is Bike & Boot Hotel, Cliff Bridge Terrace, Scarborough, YO11 2HA. Toilets and changing facilities are available at the event HQ.
There are no timing chips, with the aim to make it a great non-competitive but challenging day out for riders of all abilities. GPX files will be available for download.
The route will be fully signposted. A support car will be out on the route to assist any mechanical breakdowns; however, it is expected that all riders will carry a spare tube/pump as a minimum and follow the rules of the road.
