Info for Riders

Info for riders

Park in carpark avoiding coned area for gear check use overflow car park to assist with social distancing if main car park is busy.

 

On arrival:

 

• Collect your race number - Enter the one way system please wear a mask when entering the sign on area.
• Take your race number from the desk steward, no sign on just go straight back to your vehicle.
• Limited toilet facilities and no changing. 
• You can come on to the track through the main (big) gate from 2 mins before the start of your race and wait on one of the social distance markings at the far end of the main straight.
• While we are still under Covid restrictions all races will start from your marked point and roll through the start finish line, where the chequered flag will be raised.
• After the finish continue round the circuit and listen to marshal instructions who may turn you short to leave the circuit and return to your vehicle as quickly as possible through the small gate to the car park.
• Please RETURN your RACE NUMBER .
• Social distancing will be expected at all times before and after each race.
• Provisional Results will be posted on The We Cycle Summer series facebook page  as soon as we can, then official results will be submitted to British Cycling.
