Event Summary
Event Overview
The Clanfield Cross is a round of the 2020/21 Wessex Cyclo-Cross League.
Due to limited car parking and a desire to give everyone the chance to race full length races the event is spread over two days.
There will be racing for all categories, including a Womens only race and seperate races for U14's and U16's as these have been hugely over subscribed at races earlier this year.

About the Event
Info for Riders
Your entry will go into holding for approval by the organisers, this is to ensure that the Wessex League's acceptance criteria is met
So please enter as you usually would and within the week before the race you will be notified with regards to your acceptance.
Timetable:
In order to offer as many places as possible, we need everyone to stick to the timetable as tightly as possible.
Timetable explanation
e.g. 0830-1000 U10 - Race at 0915 for 10 / 15 mins
0830 Gates open & course open
- Please do not arrive early even if this means waiting down the road somewhere.
- You will cause problems if you ignore this.
- You can arrive early if on a bike i.e. parked off site and cycle in.
1000 Cars must leave venue at the latest
0915 Race Start
Limited parking and social distancing means you must leave promptly (unless staying for another race).

Short Course
A flatter course with some appropriate technical obstacles.
0830-1000 U10 - Race at 0915 for 10 / 15 mins (if oversubscribed we will run two races)
1005-1130 U12 - Race at 1045 for 15 / 20 mins (if oversubscribed we will run two races)
Long Course
Less climbing than full course but with technical features.
1135-1300 Novice - Race at 1215 for 25 mins
1305-1430 U14 - Race at 1345 for 25 mins
1435-1630 U16 - Race at 1515 for 30 min
