Info for Riders
We welcome all riders of all abilities, whether you want to give racing a go for the first time or an experienced rear who wants to try something new we welcome you all.
In this new race series everyone will race on a closed off-road circuit which has been designed to create some close quarters racing and create a great atmosphere within a social distancing venue.
Each rider will be set off at 1minute intervals with a maximum of 30 riders on the course at any one time. Each rider comples 4 laps of the course with their overall average speed being the deciding factor.
Racing FormatThe format of the day will depend on numbers racing that day but everyone will be given a racing transponder and a start time window for when their time trial will take place.
Under 14s will race in the morning from 11am and complete 2 laps.
Juniors and Seniors start racing at 1pm and complete 4 laps of the 1.5 mile circuit.
Due to current Covid-19 guidelines, results will be announced virtually that evening via facebook live.
