The Velo2Velo Caffe Velo Verde ride returns! 

A 60 mile cycle sportive with a fully signposted route which includes quiet country lanes, Belvoir Castle views and all the hills we could find in the area! 


This ride is suitable for a wide range of riders, particularly anyone who is looking for an event that's both challenging and relaxed. It’s all about having fun while rising to your own personal challenge and doing it at your own pace.

About the event

Rider registration opens at 7:45am and closes at 8:45am. 

Riders depart at 9am.

The event HQ is Caffe Velo Verde, Home Farm, Col Carston Road, Screveton, NG13 8JL.

Toilets and changing facilities are available at the event HQ.

There are no timing chips, with the aim to make it a great non-competitive but challenging day out for riders of all abilities. The event has been built on strava and gpx files will be available for download.

The route will be fully signposted. A support car will be out on the route with water and energy bars for those who need additional, and to assist any mechanical breakdowns. However, it is expected that all riders will carry a spare tube/pump as a minimum and follow the rules of the road.
