There cycle routes are 30, 46 and 68 miles following the Black & White trail of Herefordshire.

About the Event

Info for Riders

The ELY Memorial Fund Trustees are looking forward to welcoming our cyclists on Sunday 27th June to take part in our cycle challenge for 30, 46 and 68 mile routes.

Entrance to the event is via Roman Road, Hereford Racecourse, HR4 9QU. 

Free parking is also available.   

Follow signs to the white marquee to register for the event.   Three tables stating 30, 46 and 68 miles.   We will require you to check in via the NHS app or we will take your details from the registration form with your consent.  

All Covid measures are in place, please wear a mask on entry to the marquee and maintain social distance where possible.   We would appreciate your help to keep our event safe and have regard to our covid measures in place..

 Registration will open from 8am for the 68 mile challenge who will set off at 9am. 

Registration will open from  8.30am for the 46 mile challenge who will set off at 9.30am

Registration will open from 9.00am for the 30 mile challenge who will set off at 10am.

 There will be water and few snacks available with a route map for your cycle ride.

 There will also be a catering van outside the marquee selling food and drinks.

 Finally, if you feel unwell with Covid symptoms on the morning of your ride please do not attend.  A full refund will be given for such reasons.    

We look forward to welcoming you to our event on Sunday 27th June.  

 

We are seeking advice as to refunds should the event in June 2021 is cancelled due to Coronavirus restrictions.    We will keep you posted.  

 

If you would like to fundraise for cycling one of the routes, please do contact the event organiser Ange Tyler, to forward details of fundraising online via our Justgiving page.
