The John Wilson Memorial

In memory of our club president who sadly passed away in 2018.

John was always passionate about encouraging young people to take up the sport of cycling, and in tribute to his efforts with the junior riders of yester-year we're proud to offer a day of racing for all junior categories with special prizes on offer!

New for 2020

  • League points! For our mixed category 3/4 and E/1/2/3 races we will be offering our own Darley Moor league points. Fabulous prizes are available to be won at the end of our series on August Bank Holiday weekend!
  • Darley in reverse! Selected events will run the Darley Moor circuit in reverse and it feels like a whole different beast to what you’re used to. Not to mention the unusual experience of turning right in a circuit race.

Advanced Entry

You can book online for your race up-to 20:00 on Friday night the day before the event.

Entry on the Day

We have an entry cap of 100 riders per race and any spare spaces left over from advanced entry are available for on-the-day entries. You can pay either by cash or card, but we do not accept cheques.

Refreshments

Tea, coffee and cake are available for free at our event but this year we are collecting donations for The Air Ambulance Service. If you've enjoyed a slice of cake from our canteen, please consider putting a few coins in our collection pot.
