Event Summary

Event Overview

The Canaccord Genuity TT Course Sportive offers participants the opportunity to ride the famous Isle of Man TT Mountain Course as part of the route.

This is the same course used for the world-famous TT motorcycle races and the 2017 HSBC UK | National Road Championships, it is safe to say it is arguably one the most famous race circuits on the planet.

You can choose to complete the 37.75 mile TT Course only or opt to extend your ride taking in a scenic loop of the Northern plains which will extend the distance to 100 km (60 miles). You can choose which ever route you fancy on the day.

The ride starts and finishes at the TT Grandstand. Start time is 7.30 AM.

There will be a fully closed road over the Mountain section, with the climb being separately timed, meaning that riders will enjoy a traffic-free, safe passage on this challenging section, in the same way that the Elite riders did in the 2017 HSBC UK | National Road Race Championships.

This is a unique opportunity to ride this world-famous course enjoying the luxury of riding on closed roads over the mountain section made famous in many Isle of Man TT videos. If you have never heard of the TT simply look it up on the internet. There are many fabulous videos featuring the circuit. Some are pretty scary!

Riders will be supported by motorcycle mounted 'service course' and we will have a of voiture balai (broom wagon) just in case you need it.

You will be presented with your well-deserved finishers medal at the finish line in the TT pit lane. Then you can enjoy a relaxing massage and re energise at the well-stocked buffet whist chatting to fellow riders.

The event will once again support local charity Isle Listen.
