For riders in categories Youth A, B & Juniors

Development Centres will support riders with their first step on the talent pathway and are for those who aspire to be become better bike riders and who might be looking to attend RSRs as well as current riders who have already engaged in RSR and Apprentice programmes.

About the Event

Info for Riders

Info for Riders

Sessions are for riders competing as a Youth A, B or Junior. (D.O.B. 2007+)

Weekly sessions continuing over the winter month at Cyclopark. Session will start on the 25th of October and run once a week throughout the winter. Sessions will take a holistic approach to the ‘rider as athlete’ with an off-the-bike strength and conditioning session before a structured session on the bike.

Please bring a road bike, winter kit and trainers for the off-bike S&C session. Food and drink to keep energy levels topped up.

Please bring a completed Parental Consent form to your first session. Downloadable: Here

Sessions will run in all weather conditions other than snow and ice so please remember to wear suitable clothing, no summer kit please. 

Entry cost is £5.00 per session payable on the day.
