Coaching to Racing Sessions for Women provide a dedicated coaching environment for female riders, wanting to develop their skills and confidence in race and riding techniques. Riders will develop race technique and confidence over the course of the coaching program, with the aim of taking part in an entry-level race series.

The Coaching to Racing sessions are part of a series of women's development sessions planned to encourage and increased participation and build confidence to take the step into competitive racing. 

British Cycling would like to invite all women to join these cycling sessions and be part of a new generation of female riders.

The sessions give women and girls the opportunity to:

  • Ride with friends and others of similar ability
  • Develop bike handling techniques
  • Learn about group riding techniques and etiquette
  • Develop cycling fitness
  • Develop Race Skills

The coaching session is for Women and Girls over 16yrs old.
