Event Overview

This event is an opportunity for rider to test their skills out over ten different stations. Riders will have the opportunity to practice each station and each station will have three different levels of skill progression. Riders will have the opportunity to attempt all three levels to maximise their points at each station.

Volunteers will be available at each station to demonstrate the skill and assist if riders are unclear as to the skill being assessed. 

There will be a maximum of ten riders at each station, with 15 minutes to be assessed in each skill. Riders will be allocates a group upon arrival and will move around each station as a group.

This event is open to all riders in age categories Youth B, C and D at the time of the event taking place.

The event will begin at 11am, with all riders ready to participate at the pump track area off Ardencraig Road, Castlemilk, G45 0HR

Prixes will be awarded to the top three riders in each category, male and female, with additional spot prizes on the day.

Info for Riders

Riders will only be permitted to use one bike for the duration of the event.

Skills to be assessed will be as follows:

  • Track Stand
  • Front Wheel Lift
  • Rear Wheel Lift
  • Bunny Hop
  • Wheelies
  • Manual
  • Figure of Eight Cornering
  • Skinnies
  • Bottle Pick up
  • No Handers

Car parking is available onsite, with toilets avilable at the Maureen Cope centre. (150m from the main car park)
