UPDATE - 11/1/19

We are about to start accepting riders from Cluster 1. If groups have spaces remaining after the cut-off, we will accept entries from other Clusters in order of entry for that group. At the current rate of entries, it is unlikely that many riders from outside Cluster 1 will be accepted. Really sorry about that, but we just want to set expectations. Also, we have set new limits for the size of each group based on the proportions of entries recieved for each and discussions with the coaching team who will be delivering the session.  The change is because groups were set to maximum group sizes and totalled 56 riders, well above the 40 riders that Derby will accept in the ‘D’.  Also, there is a limited amount of (free) hire equipment for those that need it. Trust that all makes sense!

Please read carefully!

Acceptance - Priority for acceptance to this event will initially go to club members of the seven Cluster 1 clubs listed below.

Newport, Beeston, Solihull, Beacon Roads CC, Melton, Lyme, Stafford

If riders from those clubs don't take all available spaces by Monday 28/1, we will accept applications from riders who are members of clubs in other Clusters.

Riders will then be accepted, in order of entry date, for unfilled spaces in each ability group. (For example, the first entered Intermediate rider would take priority over an earlier entered Novice rider if there was space in Intermediate, but not Novice. Hope that makes sense!). To be clear, Cluster 1 riders will have no priority over riders from other Clusters after 28/1 so the onus is on them to enter before this date. Even then, acceptance is not guaranteed as groups may fill with Cluster 1 riders who entered early.

In the unlikely event that groups are not filled even after accepting riders from other Clusters, we may accept entries riders in Go-Ride clubs not in the Cluster programme.

Acceptance remains at the discretion of the organiser.  We reserve the right to alter the size and number of ability groups at any time.

Novice Riders - please let us know the level of track riding experience. This is because we may split the group into those with some experience and complete novices.

Age - Riders must be aged from 9 to 16 years on the date of the event.  We will reject applications from any riders born after 17 Feb 2010.

Important - Please bring a completed Parental Consent Form. If you need to download one, go to:
