Event Summary

Event Overview

Now in its 13th running, the Hampshire Hilly Hundred is one of the senior UK cyclosportives. It remains independent - organised by cyclists for cyclists, pure and simple. The HHH SuperMax is a challenging 100 miles, while the HHH Midi, also with its fair share of hills, is around 66 miles. The well signed and carefully thought-out course follows roads with amazingly little traffic, leading participants through some superb and varied Hampshire countryside.

About the Event

Info for Riders

As you'd expect from its name, there are plenty of hills in the HHH but it's not relentless. There are stretches where you can roll a bigger gear, and there aren't any "cliff-faces", though you will need your lowest gears on some hills. The HHH is certainly capable of catching out those who underestimate it, as it has more total metres of ascent than most UK sportives. Preparation is definitely required for this one! We are delighted to be based once more at Sparsholt College, near Winchester, with its excellent facilities, including on-site parking close to the Start/Finish and a post-event cafe offering drinks, snacks and even full meals. We provide Third Party event insurance, mobile medics, full route signage, printed route cards, sheltered feed stations, disposable chips and mat timing, mechanical assistance, on-course photographer, and of course the gret atmosphere of the HHH.
