60 and 30 milers from 3-1-5 Health Club Lancaster - exploring quiet lanes to Ingleton village at the base of Ingleborough - where the shorter ride returns to HQ along the Lune Valley while the longer route follows the roman road between the iconic peaks of Whernside and Ingleborough before heading through the cobblestoned village of Dent and the remote lanes towards Sedburgh and the Lune Valley back to HQ for a well earned swim, jaquzzi, steam or sauna.
