Development Centres will support riders with their first step on the talent pathway and are for those who aspire to be become better bike riders and who might be looking to attend RSRs as well as current riders who have already engaged in RSR and Apprentice programmes

About the Event

Info for Riders

Sessions are for riders competing as a Youth A, B or Junior.

These weekly sessions will continue over the winter months until early April and will take a holistic approach to the ‘rider as athlete’ with an off-the-bike strength and conditioning session before a structured session on the bike.

Please bring a road bike, winter kit and trainers for the off-bike S&C session. Food and drink to keep energy levels topped.

Please bring a completed parental consent form (attached) to your first session.

The session will run in all weather conditions other than snow and ice so please wear suitable clothing.
