Event Overview

What is it?

A 1.5 hour session dedicated to developing on & off bike skills along with physical elements required for success. Development Centres will support riders with their first step on the talent pathway and are for those who aspire to be become better bike riders and who might be looking to attend RSRs as well as current riders who have already engaged in RSR and Apprentice programmes. Riders should be aware that these sessions will be physically challenging, meeting the needs of the racing standards of Youth A and B Riders within the region.

Who delivers it? Delivery will be led by British Cycling Go-Ride & Talent Development staff alongside club coaches from the surrounding area

When is it? Every 2 weeks on a Tuesday night from 6.30-8pm starting November 13th 2018

Who is it for? All Youth A & B bike racers.

What does it cost? £3 per session.

You will need a clean road bike in good working order*, helmet, gloves, appropriate clothing for the weather & time of year, spare inner tube, tyre levers, pump and enough food & drink to see you through the session and travelling home. You will need a completed parental consent form:
