About
A female only session for 14 yrs + .
- This is apart of a 4 Week Block (Riders do not have to book for all sessions). Bookings are on seperate links under the same event title.
Dates: 23rd Sept, 30th Sept, 7th Oct, 14th Oct 10am-11am.
- The sessions are introductory/beginner, fun sessions to learn new road cycling skills and have an introduction to coach-led racing.
- Sessions are at the brand new National Closed Road Circuit, Pembrey, within Pembrey Country Park. Entrance to the park is £2 before 9am and £5 after 9am for all vehicles.
Equipment
- Please bring an undamaged and good working helmet, and a road bike in good working order, with two working brakes. It is recommend to wear tight fitted clothing, such as lyrca, gloves.
- Snack and drinks or recommended
- Flat pedals or clipless pedals only - STRAPS PEDALS NOT ALLOWED
On Arrival
Please arrive by no later than 15mins before with enough time to sign on (consent forms).
After sign on we will carry out safety checks before riding!
Location
- The main entrance is sign posted from the barriers at the main country park gate. After the barrier take the first left, follow it round to the left, then take the next left. You will be alongside the circuit on route.
- Parking outside the Closed Road Circuit main entrance.
