A Track  club cluster of coaching session. Not for beginners

For riders aged 10-16years old.

Welsh Eligible (Born in Wales, Parents Welsh or Lived in Wales for more than 5yrs). or a Welsh Address

For riders who want to upskill, and who are currently racing or who want to race. 

These club clusters allow for education workshops to be taken place, that could include nutrition, basic bike maintance etc. The sessions will include skills coaching along with coach led racing. Typically, riders will need to be from Go-Ride clubs to join and be a British Cycling member. 

These club clusters of coaching allow the improvement of skills and put into race like scenarios during coach-led racing, these can help build the necessary steps to join a club cluster of training with Welsh Cycling performace pathway programmes.

THE COST OF THIS SESSION DOES NOT INCLUDE BIKE HIRE. RIDERS ARE TO ARRANGE BIKE HIRE DIRECT WITH MANCHESTER VELODROME. CONCESSION RATE IS WHAT IS REQUIRED AT £9.60 FOR SESSION.  SHOES ARE AVAILABLE IF REQUIRED AS PEDALS ARE EITHER LOOK DELTA OR TOE CLIPS(TRAINERS OK)
