This is the 3rd of a 4 session block of madison training for any rider Youth B and older including adults. This block of sessions is designed to teach and improve the skills of novice riders and prepare them for racing and improve their bike handling skills. Whilst for the experienced riders an opportunity to be coached at madison and have a session focussed on madison racing technically, tactically and physically. 

There will be two groups of riders novice and experienced. Please select the appropriate group when entering. A novice is defined as not having done madison before or having less than 6-10 madison coached sessions. The experienced group is defined as having raced madison previously at a Scottish or British event. 

Riders must be accredited to ride the track at the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome

At the coaches discretion more groups may be created on the day according to the groups of riders.
