Info for Riders
From North Bay Piazza area YO12 7TN - a ride along the road
To Luna Park, YO11 1SN and back to North Bay Piazza area
Family cycling event to help raise awareness of the ‘Stroke Association’ and its works to prevent stroke, to support everyone touched by stroke and to fund research into the disease as part of the ‘Make May Purple’ campaign. A gazebo will be erected on the piazza area in North Bay to provide information about the work of the Stroke Association
Registered riders will report here on arrival and then cycle along Royal Albert Drive and Marine Drive to the roundabout junction with Sandside and then return along Marine Drive and Royal Albert Drive to the piazza area. There will be no mass start or finish. Participating riders can arrive at any time between 6.00pm and 7.30pm and will be instructed to follow the rules of the road at all times and SRCC marshals and cycling instructors will ensure these rules are adhered to.
NOTE RIDER CONTACT INFO WILL BE PASSED TO STROKE ASSOCIATION SO THEY CAN SORT T SHIRT ETC FOR YOU
