HSBC UK Go-Ride Holiday Coaching Camps offer training and education dedicated to specific levels of rider over a range of disciplines. Camps are available at two levels.

If your child is new to cycling or not a regular at a club or races then the beginner’s camps are for them. These offer the participant a chance to develop and become proficient at a range of core cycling and bike handling techniques that will prepare them for their first club session or race.

If your child has experience of racing and is a Go-Ride Club regular then there are advanced camps. There will be the chance to improve on the skills developed at their club as well as look at techniques across disciplines that will progress your child to the next level of their cycling journey.

Young Volunteers (CAYV)  are welcome to assist and log hours.

Level of Camp- For intermediate and beginner riders

Suitable for- 7yrs to 16 yrs (younger riders by arrangement)

Riders will be in ability groups according to experience.

Cycling Disciplines Covered - BMX & MTB

What to expect-

The BMX session will be focussing on BMX skills and learning to ride a BMX Track correctly.

The MTB session Will take place in an area adjacent to the BMX track and will be focussing on MTB skills development and may also include some coach led practice racing.

Time:  2 pm till 5 pm

Please bring drinks and snacks for the session.  Also ensure you dress for the weather.  Gloves are essential.  Helmets must be worn at all times when on a bike.

Wear long sleeves and jeans. No shorts please 

If you could download the parental consent form attached, complete it  and bring with you that would save a lot of time. We will however have some blank forms available if required.
