Using traffic free facilities Go-Ride Coaches will help riders:

  • Ride with friends and others of similar ability
  • Develop bike handling techniques
  • Learn about group riding techniques and etiquette
  • Practice racing and learn about the demands of cycle sport
  • Develop cycling fitness
