Cwmcarn Paragon have joined forces with Welsh Cycling to provide a Go-Race Coaching session for Females only aged 16+ and led by Welsh Cycling Coach Naomi Johnston.

Aimed at riders who want to apply and develop their cycling skills in a race scenario.

The coaching session will last 45 minutes and end with a simulated race format also covering bunch riding, cornering skills, race starts and race tactics such as sprinting & attacking. 

Cost of entry for the session will be £10, which will include levy to W.C. and Llandow race circuit.

 Day Licences can be purchased on registration.

All Riders must be off site by 9pm
