5 Weeks of Race skills coaching in preperation for RND 2 of the North BMX regional Series at Knowsley BMX 15th April.
6:00pm - 7:00pm Novice Coaching. This session is aimed at people who haven't ridden a BMX track or has done very little and would like to race in NOVICE at the BMX regional. Bike and helmet hire is availble via the leisure centre on the day, Please arrive with plenty of time to collect equipment as the session will start at 6:00pm Prompt.
7:30pm- 8:30pm Expert Coaching. This session is aimed at people who have ridden at Knowsley BMX and ride the BMX track on a regular basis. NO bikes will be provided for this session riders should have their own equipment. Please arrive with plenty of time as the session will start at 7:30 prompt.
Please bare in mind that all these sessions link together and is more benificial for riders to attend all 5 sessions.
