HSBC UK Go-Ride programme’s Rider Development Sessions Women & Girls provide dedicated coaching for people wanting to improve their cycling performance whether that is to ride further faster and more often with family and friends or to win bike races. Using traffic free facilities Go-Ride Coaches will help riders:

  • Ride with friends and others of similar ability
  • Develop bike handling techniques
  • Learn about group riding techniques and etiquette
  • Practice racing and learn about the demands of cycle sport
  • Develop cycling fitness

Coaching sessions just for Women and Girls. If you want to gain confidence, learn new skills, improve fitness or meet likeminded riders this is the session for you.

Hybrids or road bikes only please ( road bikes can be loaned on the night by prior arrangement).

A front and back light are advisable but not essential.

Dedicated Women & Girls Rider Development Session coached by experienced Professional British Cycling Coaches. These sessions are  suitable for riders of all abilities.. If unsure please ask... Sessions are delivered on a traffic free closed road circuit and ALL riders will be challenged (skills & physical) and maybe have a bit a fun too!? These 2 hour sessions are aimed at improving group riding skills and confidence - riding on a wheel and in close proximity to other riders, cornering and working efficiently together in group formations. You will be challenged both physically and technically in a safe and supportive non pressured environment.
These session are free of charge to riders thanks to support from Blackpool Council.
