Event Overview

This is a sponsored cycle ride of a distance of 50 1/2 miles in the aid of Alzheimer's Research UK. Starting from The Station Hotel Birstwith and following the River Nidd up the valley through Darley, Summerbridge, Pateley Bridge to Lofthouse. The route then goes over the top to Masham where there will be lunch refreshments. Then heading back via Kirby Malzard, Ripon, Markington then back to Birstwith. There will be refreshments along the route, lunch provided and cakes at the end!

About the Event

Info for Riders

Taking place on Saturday the 15th September 2018 commencing at 08:00hrs. The bike ride takes you through the beautiful countryside of Nidderdale, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. 

Entrants must be a minimum of 16 years of age. Technical support will be available throughout the route and there will be first aid support.

Cycle helmets must be worn!

There will be a stop at 12 miles, Lunch at 25 Miles 2nd stop at 37 miles and cakes at the finish.

You will be raising funds for Alzheimer Research UK.

Registration fee is £30 if you sign up Online and £40 on the day.

 

PLEASE NOTE: We have limited places to 250 riders. Please book early to guarantee your place.
