Event Overview

HSBC UK Go-Ride Holiday Coaching Camps offer training and education dedicated to specific levels of rider over a range of disciplines. Camps are available at two levels.

If your child is new to cycling or not a regular at a club or races then the beginner’s camps are for them. These offer the participant a chance to develop and become proficient at a range of core cycling and bike handling techniques that will prepare them for their first club session or race.

If your child has experience of racing and is a Go-Ride Club regular then there are advanced camps. There will be the chance to improve on the skills developed at their club as well as look at techniques across disciplines that will progress your child to the next level of their cycling journey.

Level of camp-

Club and racing riders U10,U12,U14

Suitable for-

The camp is for able ROAD RIDERS with road bike that can cope with riding for 40-45minutes at a time. Rider will get lots of riding through the day, with technical and tactical aspects of bike racing to challenge them as well.

Cycling disciplines covered-

Road/Circuit

What to expect-

Developing a range of skills using Tameside circuit and adapting the circuit to work on all aspects of what a racing cyclist need.

Please bring –

Bring a suitable Road bike for the session, warm clothing as weather is normal a bit cold and damp.

Spare inner tube and tire levers.

Food/snacks and  Drinks drinks for the day
