Event Summary

Event Overview

Welcome to Velo Club Oyster’s 4th Sportive ride.

You start and finish at a beautiful location a stones throw from the sea on Mersea Island (the hidden gem of Essex), just 7 miles south of Colchester. Please come and try these three great routes through the best of Essex countryside.  We are continuing with our original ride distances of 60km and the 100km which, because we know you like a challenge,  includes North Hill, Little Baddow.  Last year we include a the 160km ride which includes 2 ascents of the Col de North Hill.  This proved very popular, possibly because it passed the feed station at the top of the hill twice.
