This is the third race of the  South London Go Ride Race League to be hosted jointly by Bigfoot GoRide and Penge CC Go Ride Clubs. The venue is a new addtion this year , thanks to Lewisham Council who have agreed to let us host the race.

The race is based on CycloCross events on a grass circuit with added sandpits for U12 and U14-16 age categories.

The circuit is 1km in total, with a  short cut for U8 and U10s. A fairly tough drag at the start to spread the field out and a final hump at the top of the start straight, it then wiggles around taking in a couple more humps and slaloming around trees, including one hump opposite the sandpit riders could even get a little air off! Then they turn around and the older riders can drop into the sandpit before completing the lap and continuing up the hill.

Registration – u6, u8, u10 – 9-30 to 10-00 am (warm up after), then

10-00 am – warm up

10-15 am ish – start racing

11-15 am ish – races finish (results from previous race, and sporting excellence for this race done soon after)

Registration – u12, u14, u16 – 10-30 to 11-00am

11-15 am ish - warm up

11-30 am ish – start racing

1-00 pm ish – races finish

1-00 to 2-00 pm ish – clear Track and final results announced (results from previous race, and sporting excellence for this race done soon after)
