Here’s a great opportunity for you, your friends and family to get on your bikes and start cycling!

The National Wanderer family cycle ride will set off from Sledmere House in Yorkshire at 11:00 am on Sunday 27th May.

This popular event offers a rewarding and an enjoyable cycle in the Yorkshire Wolds. Setting off from Sledmere House the designated route is ideal for younger riders and families, taking in the wonderful surroundings that this region has to offer. Designed as an activity for the whole family, the ride is open to adults and children (participants must ride within their capabilities).

This is a fun ride that can be completed on all types of bicycles; one thing is for sure is that it is an enjoyable day out for all. As part of the entry fee, you will also get access to an exciting family activity day at the National Caravan and Motorhome Rally where there will be many activities to see and do, making the whole day an action-packed family day out.

Before signing up for the family bike ride please read the entrant requirements below:

1) Participants must have a roadworthy bike.

2) Helmets must be worn at all times during the ride.

3) Children under the age of 18 must have parental consent.

4) Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent / Guardian.

*Caravan And Motorhome Club Members attending the National can enter for free via the event website (www.experiencefreedomcycling.com) If you are a club member but are not attending the National then adults can enter via British Cycling and Children (under 16 years of age) can enter for free on the day.
