Go-Ride Racing at Knowsley BMX Track. - Open to all Novice Riders 16 years and under.

9:00-9:30 Rider Registration

10:00 Warmup/coaching followed by Go-Ride Racing

Cost is £6 paid on the day (includes bike hire, pads and helmet - SUBJECT TO AVAILIBILITY). There is no need to pre-register online.

Pay on the day in the bike container.


All riders must arrive for registration between 9:00-9:30, and must be accompanied by an adult.

Info for Riders

Suitable for - beginner/novices riders, male and female, 16 and under

Cycling disciplines covered - BMX

What to expect - Starts with a fun based warm up and onto a coaching session on the basics of pedaling then progressing to cornering, pumping and riding in small groups, then onto time trials and riders will then be categorised into similar abilites and put into friendly races.

Please bring - clothing suitable to the session(arms and legs must be covered whilst riding on the BMX track aswell as gloves)

Helmets and bikes will be provided if required on a first come first served basis. (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)  if you have your own equipment please bring it with you, Especially gloves!
