Info for Riders

Riders are required to....

  • Be a British Cycling Member https://www.britishcycling.org.uk/membership 
  • Book Online Only (One block payment for 5 sessions).
  • Be ready 10 minutes prior to start.
  • Bring a freewheel bike in good working order (at least two brakes).
  • Wear a helmet.
  • Wear gloves (recommended). 
  • Not bring Tri-Bars on bike.
  • Dress appropriately (covered legs and arms).
  • Bring food and drink for the duration of the session.
