This ever popular classic cycling event is promoted jointly by
Winchcombe CC * and Cheltenham & County CC
The event is aimed at experienced riders and there will be a
100Km route for the really keen riders and an approx. 50Km route for those who know how tough the Cotswold Hills can be!
Car parking, toilets, showers & food & drink will be available all day at the start at Winchcombe School. Food & drink will be available at approximately half distance on each route.
We have again teamed up with the great guys at Whyte Bikes to offer a Whyte Hard tail MTB as the prize in our Junior Prize Draw.

About the Event
Info for Riders
The Hell of the North Cotswolds (HONC) is an on & off-road endurance event & not a race. It is aimed at experienced cyclists & features the traditional mass start from Winchcombe School at 9am.
Routes of approx 100km and 50km will be available – they take in some of the best riding in the Cotswolds & some of the most stunning scenery. Choose your distance on the day.
Printed route maps will be issued at registration as part of your rider pack and .gpx routes will be issued to all registered entrants in the week before the event.
The routes will be signed with distinctive HONC direction arrows.
Back up cycle recovery will be provided & Leisure Lakes will also be providing their cycle repair service at the start & at the halfway food stop.
A certificate & medal will be awarded to all finishers.
