Introduction to BMX Riding for 5-8 year olds.

This is an introduction session specific for 5-8 year olds. The session will include an assessment before moving to the BMX track. Riders must pass the assessment to be able to ride the BMX track. 

If riders are at the required level they will be eligible to attend future BMX sessions specific for 5-8 year olds.

What to expect-The session will look at BMX equipment, how to ride a BMX, BMX assessment and a ride of the track. 

Please bring clothing suitable to the session, arms and legs MUST be covered.

There wil be a small amount of equipment available on the day. Riders are allowed to ride their own bikes.
