Event Overview

HSBC UK Go-Ride programme’s Rider Development Sessions Women & Girls provide dedicated coaching for people wanting to improve their cycling performance whether that is to ride further faster and more often with family and friends or to win bike races. Using traffic free facilities Go-Ride Coaches will help riders:

  • Ride with friends and others of similar ability
  • Develop bike handling techniques
  • Learn about group riding techniques and etiquette
  • Practice racing and learn about the demands of cycle sport
  • Develop cycling fitness

Two hour coaching and training session aiming at developing rider skill, fitness and tactical ability.

The session is race focused but will be very inclusive so suitible for all levels of ability. Skills developed will improve your riding regardless if you go on to race or not - come along and become a better rider!

This session is on a floodlit facility but it is still adviseable to have some form of front and rear light. Bring a drink and a snack and dress for the weather at the seaside in the winter !
