Event Overview

HSBC UK Go-Ride programme’s Rider Development Sessions Women & Girls provide dedicated coaching for people wanting to improve their cycling performance whether that is to ride further faster and more often with family and friends or to win bike races. Using traffic free facilities Go-Ride Coaches will help riders:

  • Ride with friends and others of similar ability
  • Develop bike handling techniques
  • Learn about group riding techniques and etiquette
  • Practice racing and learn about the demands of cycle sport
  • Develop cycling fitness

This is a two hour coaching/ training session aimed at improving riders skill, physical fitness and tactical knowledge.

Although it is coached towards racing all the elements developed will improve your riding overall regardless if you go on to race or not - come down have fun and get better!

Session is very inclusive so suitable for all riders of all skill and physical levels. Ages 14- 99!
