Event Overview

The 8th running of our annual two day non-competitive challenge to cycle the 144 miles of the Sustrans circular Yorkshire Wolds Cycle Route, along the beautiful country lanes and bi-ways of the Yorkshire Wolds.

Starting and finishing at Norton College, near Malton, the event covers 72 miles each day, with an overnight camp, complete with barbecue, Wold Top real ale, and live music.

Entry includes secure parking at Norton College, luggage transfer to the halfway camp and back, organised refreshment/check points, "guardian angel" cyclists and mechanical support, first-aid back-up, barbecue and breakfast, secure bike park at halfway, completion certificate and goody bag!

Entry fee is just £45.00 to secure your place, plus a commitment to raise a further minimum £65.00 in sponsorship by the event start date (or choose to just pay it yourself!) All funds raised help us continue to provide ongoing care and support for over 400 Ryedale based families whose children are disabled, are ill or have additional needs.

In the past 7 years the event has raised over £120,000 thanks to the amazing support from cyclists.
