HSBC UK Go-Ride Holiday Coaching Camps offer training and education dedicated to specific levels of rider over a range of disciplines. Camps are available at two levels.

If your child is new to cycling or not a regular at a club or races then the beginner’s camps are for them. These offer the participant a chance to develop and become proficient at a range of core cycling and bike handling techniques that will prepare them for their first club session or race.

If your child has experience of racing and is a Go-Ride Club regular then there are advanced camps. There will be the chance to improve on the skills developed at their club as well as look at techniques across disciplines that will progress your child to the next level of their cycling journey.

Info for Riders

Level of Camp: For novice mountain bikers through to regular racers. Riders should be confident at riding off-road and competent at using their brakes and gears.

Suitable for: Riders aged 10 - 16

Cycling Dsiciplines Covered: Cross country mountain biking.

What to expect: We will work on the skills needed for Cross Country Mountabin Biking including cornering, descending, climbing, front and rear wheel lifts and drop-offs.

Please bring: A mountain bike in good working order or contact the organiser ot borrow one.
