Event Overview
This event is for Go-Ride clubs who promoted a round of the Kent, Surrey, Sussex or South London Go-Ride Racing Leagues in 2017 ONLY. The event is FREE to all (must be Club & BC Members).
Clubs are invited to bring a Maximum of 12 riders, who must be ALL NOVICES (less than a year racing at Regional Events).
Races will be: Skills Relay, Individual T.T, Mass Start, Sprint Eliminators / Devils.
Courses will use a mixture of Road and Off road, so Mountainbikes or Cyclo-Cross bikes are ideal. Road bikes will not be suitable.
Race points will be tallied up per club, and trophies awarded for each of the top 3 clubs. All Riders will get a British Cycling Goody Bag.
Running the event on the Day will be our National Youth Forum & CAYV volunteers, supported by British Cycling Staff. We will also ask each club to provide one coach / volunteer to help with the on the day volunteer roles. this is an excellent opportunity for other Young Volunteers to work on a big event to gain experience.
