You will start at 05.30 and finish by 22.00. There will be support cars, a mechanic and a paramedic. The route will be waymarked, and the Strava route is above. There will be a lunch stop but no other feed stations: we provide you with information about shops and public toilets on the route. No solo riders allowed on the day (minimum group 4) but individuals will be able to join local club groups, who are all very friendly
