A new addition to the popular and expanding Harlech Triathlon event!

With the support of Clwb Beicio Ardudwy, 2017 will see Go Racing taking place on Saturday 8th April, 2017 at Ysgol Ardudwy.

A course will be marked on the school fields with short races taking place for children with age categories running from U6s through to U14s. There will also be a separate fun coach-led racing for 5-and-under and 3-and-under on balance bikes!

As well as completing laps of the circuit in a head-to-head race, there will also be a skills obstacle course to complete which will count towards each child's overall score.

Registration and practice will take place at the High School from 10am-11:00am with racing starting at 11:15am. There will be prizes and medals for top 3 in each age category and a finishers gift and certificate for all participants. Expected finishing time to be around 1:30pm.

About the Event

Info for Riders

The event will take place on tarmac (Skills) as well as grass (head to head races) therefore bikes must be fitted with tyres suitable for off road terrain (mountain bike, hybrid, cyclocross).

A helmet must be worn by all competitors.

Registration and practice for the event will take place at the High School from 10am-11:15am with racing starting at 11:00am. Expected finishing time to be around 1:30pm. There will be prizes and medals for top 3 in each age category and a finishers gift and certificate for all participants.
