Event Overview

YuCycle presents three great routes, 109km, 63km and 33km through beautiful Yorkshire countryside.  This fully supported ride for all abilities starts and finishes at York Sport Village.

Organised by the University of York, University of York Cycling Club and the YorkSport Village, you’ll have the opportunity to try out the fixed track facility at the University and bring your family along to a cycling celebration taking place on the day.

All routes will be sign posted, and will take you through the quiet country lanes of Yorkshire. The longer distance will pass through Thixendale, and the villages of West Lutton, Settrington and Westow.

Our event aims to involve the local community at all levels and raise funds for health and wellbeing projects at York.  Your event registration will cover the costs of the ride and a donation to the cause.
