A one day event with two races:

1. In the morning, a National B over 75-80 miles for E/1/2/3 Male and final year Junior male 1/2/3.

 2. In the afternoon, the penultimate round of the HSBC National Women's Road Series, over 75 miles.

For the Women's Road Series, entries will only be confirmed as accepted after closing date ie. 1400 on Sunday 9 July. If we are oversubscribed in the Women's Road Series, there are clear Series rules on which to determine acceptance. If we know, sooner than later, that you will either not get a ride or may be offered a Reserve entry, we will notify you as soon as possible. I anticipate confirming all entrants of their status no later than 2100 on Monday 10 July. Thus you will not be able to "View (most of the) Entrants" until after the closing date.

Due to a low entry, the Men's National B race has been held open until 1700 on 12 July. To encourage entries, the entry fee was reduced to £28 on 29 June - however that is based on no prizes, no NEG and no Neutral Service - for this event only.

As we monitor the entries we reserve the right to offer early accptance to Elite and 1st category riders.

TEAM MANAGERS PLEASE NOTE: There will be two Neutral Service Crews. In addition for both races Team Cars will be allowed in the Convoy however due to the short nature of the circuit this will be limited to 5 only, as agreed with the local Traffic Management Officer, Thames Valley police. Requests to be included in the Convoy must be received by the organiser via email no later than 1700 on Saturday 15 July. If they exceed 5 in number, then lots as to who is allowed in the Convoy and the  Convoy order will be drawn on the day at the briefing. You must have the appropriate BC Licence and appropriate radio for in Convoy communications.
