Road Rider Development Sessions, Women and Girls only

Event Summary

Event Overview

This is a women and girls only session. Aimed at riders currently racing we will teach basic riding techniques along with more complex group riding skills. We will cover warm ups, cornering, group riding, making breaks, sprinting, working as a team, leading out, race preparation  etc etc.

This is the 1st session of 5 sessions which run once a month, the sessions will be progressive but can also be tackled as individual stand alone sessions, however you will get more from them if you can attend them all.

The sessions start at 9.30am and last for 2 hours they are on the following dates:


Nov 6th, Nov 27th, Jan 8th, Feb 5th, March 12th


If you cannot make a session you have booked on please let me know ASAP so I can try and fill your place as I'm sure you can appreciate the larger the number of riders for these sessions the better.


Please bring a road bike, snacks, water also warm waterproof clothing and a positive attitude.
