The event will start with 1 hour coaching, followed by a short break. A series of CX races will follow; U8/U10 - 10mins, U12/U14/U16 - 20mins, Adult 30mins.

Although the races are combined there will be separate leagues for the different age categories. Best 6 placings contribute to your overall GC.
